We cannot thank everyone in this ward enough! All the care and support we have had from everyone has been amazing! We have felt very looked after by everyone and everyone has been so caring and nice towards myself and my baby! Definitely has made our stay a lot nicer. Thank you all so much!

HCA Hannah was fantastic. Very friendly and chatty and got the cannula in 1st time!! Overall great service in ambulatory but needed a special mention for Hannah.

Laura and Steph looked after me when I arrived and were absolutely outstanding. I felt very safe with them and they really seemed to care. My dignity was maintained at all times and everyone I came into contact with were friendly.
Better communication about next steps could be improved (although I appreciate the ward is very busy and time is limited for staff).
